Happy 8 Months

Yesterday Maverick hit the 8 months mark. I can't believe it has been 8 months already. He is such a good baby. I've never done this before, but I'm just going to write some things he's doing right now so I remember.

1. He LOVES scooting all around the house.
2. Still loves all fruit and vegetables that aren't green.
3. Sleeps through the night.
4. His favorite thing to play with is wires or cords. I gave him an old controller of Jacobs and he LOVES it.
5. Watches Mickey Mouse Clubhouse EVERY morning.
6. Chokes on everything that's not baby food. I no longer give him crackers or puffy cereal or anything. He scares me too bad.
7. Holds out his arms to go to you.
8. Smiles constantly. If anyone looks at him, he'll give you a smile or if you're lucky a little giggle.

Happy Halloween!!

This year for Halloween Jacobs family decided to throw a Halloween party where everyone dressed up and played games. It turned out so fun and all the kids LOVED it. All of them, but Maverick. He didn't like being dressed up at all. He kept wiping the whiskers off his face and pulling the mane off his head. I only got one cute picture of him in full costume and of course he was crying. Once he had most of his costume off though he actually enjoyed Trick or Treating. He liked to reach into the buckets to pick out his candy. It was so cute. I love this little lion!

Staheli Farms

I know I'm the worlds worst blogger. I do really good for awhile and then nothing for a few months. So much for my New Years resolution. I didn't know how to start blogging again since it's been so long. Do you go back to where you left off or just start fresh? I decided to just start fresh. So here it goes. Maverick is getting so big. He is into EVERYTHING. He doesn't crawl yet, but he can scoot anywhere. He has two cute little teeth on the bottom. He is getting too big too fast. Where did my little baby boy go?

Tonight we went to Staheli farm to mainly take pictures with the pumpkins. Well I was disappointed because Maverick wanted nothing to do with the pumpkins. He is crying in almost every picture. We still had fun. Maverick liked the tractor ride to the pumpkin patch so at least he had a little bit of fun. Thanks Mindy, Spencer and Sophee for coming with us!

Happy 5 Months!!

Yesterday Maverick turned 5 months old! I can't believe he is getting so big so fast. He is such a good baby boy. I love that he laughs and smiles all the time, it is the cutest thing ever.

Swimming Fun

The other day Jacob and I decided to blow up this little swimming pool (thanks auntie Robyn) and see how Maverick did in it. He LOVED it! It was so cute watching him splash around and try to get all the blow up numbers and rings. Sadly though when I went to use it again it already had a hole in it.
